Overview: | Works with the Manager, Online Strategy to set online strategy for Sage web properties manages implementation, tracks results and presents overviews to senior management on marketing campaigns and programs for designated product line(s). | Responsibilities: | - Work with Manager of Online Strategy to develop & execute annual and quarterly online strategy & plans
- Effectively owns Sage 50 CA web properties, applying best-in-class / best practices to overall website design, navigation, user experience and conversion to e-store sales
- Develop plans for and oversee online product launches, enhancements and competitive opportunities online with responsibility to coordinate plans with other marketing team members and corporate stakeholders
- Manage & optimize Paid and Organic Search campaigns and budgets
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to translate business goals into highly effective online marketing programs that deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet revenue objectives
- Tracking and analysis of channel & campaign results, provide reports and ?actionable recommendations to optimize conversion and ROI
- Manage implementation of social media projects
- Identify and engage with influencers online
- Evaluate and optimize brand and product content and creative, managing the review process with key stakeholders
- Ensure that the product and brand content is fresh, accurate, presented effectively online, and addresses the goals of both the business and the site?s visitors to maximize the customer experience
- Drive initiatives to facilitate interactivity and customer engagement on the web sites
- Develop website usability and testing plan to create a best in class website experience
- Manage and conduct internal and external customer feedback sessions and surveys as needed.
- Establish, maintain and refine business processes that impact campaign deployment and reporting
- Monitor & report on competitors online activities
- Recognize web technology trends and determine how they can influence and contribute to the needs of the business
- Share knowledge and lead online marketing training and skills development for marketing team and cross-functionally

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years related experience and/or training
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Excellent project management skills
- Superior writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with Web communications, Web architecture and navigation, Web design and Web content strategies
- Proven track record of success/experience in Web marketing programs
