Reverse discrimination

Please forgive me as white

I know it can be used to order and fine

But now it is difficult to be successful

Affirmative action to cope with the onslaught

Receive a joy for which you qualify

Unless the color of the skin is first checked

Their race and approved

As if that was necessary for employment

Although they call it social progress

I'm beginning to think of something else

How then is the white people who despise

Rejectto find a job if they do not

Topping the list of colors in the affirmative

Now people know fired

Forget about their background and education

Immigrants and foreigners from another country

Receive preferential treatment and the positions

Hired by the White qualified and fit

No matter how difficult it is today, the fire

Take a lazy employee in this category

They threaten to sue and prove

In the meantime, the workplace,aggravate

Stimuli, castrate and castrate the boss

Those who are irreverent and disrespectful to start

For the office while talking trash

Telling disgruntled employees to kiss my ass

Tolerate their misbehavior than dominate

To speak abruptly and roughly how annoying

Attention to feel at all

Fearing a complaint of harassment

Drum allegations of racial discrimination

Driving whites in isolation andAlienation

Unable to obtain the liberation and emancipation

Out of fear, intimidation and manipulation

As a die-hard at work to do away with the law

Just trying to avoid a riot peacefully Racial

Quiet all employees of the confusion and silence

If we do not know all of us is for us all

Angry white man called in to go home and curse

How to dismantle affirmative action is no incentive

For his work with respect and very productive

Ironically, those with workmention that an elective

But those who do everything and be denied employment

Qualified w / out promotional perspective.
