FROM THE BOOK FAERY REVIEWS?I liked Demon?s Are a Girl?s Best Friend but I expected ?a more and thought there would have been more paranormal action. I liked Declan, Maggie, Courtney, and even those of The Guard but I kept waiting for more paranormal fighting. Instead I felt like I was just about there and then? yeah still waiting for that intense magical fight against evil. The story revolved around Maggie and Courtney?s ?mother hen?- ?little chick? relationship and Maggie and Declan?s love relationship that ?shouldn?t? be.?And honestly, the passion in their dreams was more interesting than the 2x in person. ??The three are brought together for a reason and that, you don?t really learn until towards the later half of the book. I?d say that Demons Are A Girl?s Best Friend is more of a 2.5 but I?ll just give it a 3. It was OK with potential for more and it?s not a book I?d read again BUT it?s enough for me to want to still read some of her other paranormal romance novels.
